Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO to translate financial strategy into quarterly finance operations plans. Own the execution of this plan; prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, coordinate communication, and hold DRIβs accountable
- Manage key financial operations including invoicing, commissions, and linguist payments. Partner with Finance, Revenue, and Production to troubleshoot, design, and scale these processes
- Serve as a functional expert for Netsuite, Tipalti, Tabs, and Zencentiv, owning the development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration
- Liaise between the business and technical teams to translate business problems into technical requirements. Lead the systems roadmap execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, project timeline, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution
- Partner with accounting to support month-end close, flux review processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting
- Drive best practices, systems controls & validations, and data governance across financial tools
- Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources
