Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Relevant experience in finance or bookkeeping with a track record of ownership and responsibility
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
• Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative and independent work environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records
• Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies
• Assist in preparing insightful financial reports
• Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks
• Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases
• Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely
• Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits
