Finance Specialist

Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as an experienced Finance professional. This central team role focuses on revenue recognition under IFRS 15. You will review contracts (including German ones), analyze financial clauses, and ensure compliance with the 5-step IFRS 15 model. Key responsibilities include contract analysis, applying the IFRS 15 model, ensuring correct SAP setup, coordinating with the billing team, collaborating with legal and business units, and supporting month-end processes. The position requires a Finance/Accounting degree, solid experience in financial reporting and contract review, strong AR understanding, SAP experience, excellent analytical skills, English proficiency, and German reading ability is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Solid experience in financial reporting and contract review
• Strong understanding of AR
• Experience with SAP (project setup and revenue configuration)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer contracts for revenue recognition implications
• Apply the IFRS 15 5-step model accurately and consistently
• Ensure correct project setup and revenue parameters in SAP
• Coordinate closely with the billing team to ensure alignment and timely invoicing
• Collaborate with legal and business units to interpret contract terms
• Support month-end close, controls, and audit processes
