Summary

The job is for a Financial Planning and IR Manager at SmartNews, a global news app company. The role involves designing and executing capital policies, managing communication with stakeholders and shareholders, and providing feedback and insights to the management team.

Requirements

• Experience in IPO preparation
• Experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or business management and related fields
• 3 years or more of experience working in a growing public company, financial institution, PE/VC fund, or asset management company
• Skills in corporate finance, corporate governance, and related laws
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Fluency in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global B2C businesses or rapidly growing companies
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
• Project management skills and experience
• Excellent writing skills in English and presentation skills
