Join Experian as an FP&A Supervisor and lead financial performance for key teams, overseeing labor planning, forecasting, and process improvements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA as an ideal
  • 6+ Years of Experience in accounting/finance roles, with focus on FP&A responsibilities such as variable cost forecasting, capital expenditure reporting, bonus/commission calculations, cost/revenue allocations, and Indicator reporting
  • Advanced English level
  • 2+ Years of People Leadership Experience , overseeing daily activities and promoting team development
  • Lead change within the finance team, driving improvements in processes
  • Business Networking skills with experience working with multiple teams to support organizational goals
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling), experience with Hyperion/Essbase, SmartView, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Month End close and Forecast process for Labor functions
  • Manage Labor reporting, including Headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Develop an understanding of the area to manage expectations
  • Provide Management Reporting, commentary, and variance analysis
  • Co-ordinate and improve processes across the Labor team to ensure inputs from the partners
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate financial controls, including Balance Sheet process
  • Support Strategic Planning, and Budget season for Labor team
  • Promote continuous improvements for forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation
  • Support ad-hoc assignments
  • Manage employees to support in the above deliverables in a timely and efficient manner, focused on Consolidation and Labor Planning Forecast
