Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Educated to University degree level
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Programming knowledge and/or experience
• Familiarity with Power Queries in Excel
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues
• Interest in technical financial solutions, data analysis, and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and enhance tools built with Power Query, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel, and Power Automate workflows
• Transform and process invoices’ support documents for ingestion in a reporting database using the tools
• Understand financial and business needs to generate reports, queries and work on investigations
• Write detailed requirements for and conduct testing of reports and dashboards
• Document all developed and used tools, ensuring clarity and ease of use for future reference
