Requirements

• 10 years' experience in a financial accountant or FP&A role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in a global business environment
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment
• Proficiency in MYOB and Dynamics 365; advanced Excel skills are essential
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making, provide strategic insights, develop financial models, and ensure alignment with business objectives for sustainable growth
• Creating and managing budgets and forecasting revenue and expenses. Communicate financial results and performance to stakeholders
• Establish robust internal controls and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Continuously enhance financial processes with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability to support our company’s growth trajectory
