Summary
Join World Investment Advisors as a Financial Advocate/Senior Client Operations Associate and provide personalized financial guidance to participants using our SMARTMap® Financial Wellness platform. You will respond to client inquiries, assist with enrollment, manage interactions in Salesforce, and guide transactional requests. As a Financial Advocate, you'll offer personalized advice through Foundational Planning, covering retirement and broader financial needs. Collaboration with other departments is key, as is promoting positive participant behaviors. The role requires 1-3 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills; FINRA licenses (Series 65 or 63/6) are highly encouraged. The salary range is $65,000-$70,000, and the position is fully remote.
Requirements
- FINRA licenses (Series 65 or 63/6) are highly encouraged for applicants. If you do not currently hold these licenses, we expect you to obtain them within six months of hire
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations support or administrative support role
- Superb verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Superb computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to proactively seek new responsibilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment with multiple departments
- Emotional intelligence (EQ), Attunement and Empathy
Responsibilities
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and chat with integrity, ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist clients with enrollment in SMARTMap® Financial Wellness program tools and resources
- Manage participant interactions in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-ups
- Guide transactional requests such as account changes, rollovers, loans, and withdrawals, coordinating with retirement plan providers as necessary
- Serve as a Financial Advocate, assisting participants in utilizing SMARTMap® tools throughout their financial journeys
- Provide personalized advice through Foundational Planning, addressing both retirement-related topics and broader financial needs such as budgeting and debt management
- Conduct outbound calls for Foundational Planning and handle inbound calls as needed
- Promote positive participant behaviors in savings, engagement, and financial wellness to support retirement readiness
- Collaborate with the Advisor Support, Marketing, and Compliance departments to fulfill client requests
- Work closely with the Participant Engagement Team to expand the Foundational Planning program through research and partnerships
- Serve as a point of contact for advisors and employers seeking strategies to increase participant engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- Previous experience in the finance and/or investment market/securities
- Bilingual in Spanish
