Summary
Join Aledade's Finance Business Partner team as a Financial Analyst to provide support in managing and forecasting expenses. Partner with various departments, utilizing Netsuite Planning & Budgeting tool for expense management and forecasting. Responsibilities include invoice and contract approval, and ad-hoc financial analysis. The position offers flexibility with remote work options within the US or from the Bethesda, MD office. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree) are required. Preferred qualifications include Netsuite experience and strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting
- 5+ years work experience in a finance role with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 3+ years work experience in a finance role with a relevant Master’s degree
Responsibilities
- Partner with various teams with forecasting expenses & headcount and updating the forecasts in the newly implemented Netsuite Planning & budgeting tool
- Take point on leading budget variance analysis to create clear and concise written explanations to explain differences from plan
- Use independent judgement to ensure invoices in Tipalti and contracts in Ironclad line up to budgeted/forecasted amounts
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners on various projects as they come up (eg, market level department reporting, incentive compensation modeling, operations streamlining, ad-hoc analysis, etc.)
- Submit any headcount request templates to the FP&A team for processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Netsuite Planning & Budgeting system experience
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and communicate proactively with other stakeholders
- Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
