Senior Financial Analyst

Join Spreetail as a Senior Financial Analyst and become a key member of the Finance team, delivering impactful financial insights through analysis, reporting, and strategic business partnership. You will support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations, leading budget and forecast processes, and enhancing financial transparency. This role requires independent project management, developing scalable financial models, and driving continuous process improvements. Your analytical expertise and leadership will be essential in delivering timely, accurate financial insights to empower strategic decision-making. Spreetail offers a flexible work environment ('Work Your Way') allowing employees to choose where they work most effectively, combining remote work with quarterly in-person collaborations. The salary range is $80,000-$105,000 annually, and additional compensation may include equity and sign-on payments.

• Led financial planning initiatives using advanced Excel modeling and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Built trust across cross-functional teams by clearly and transparently communicating complex financial concepts
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact results in fast-paced environments by managing competing priorities and executing projects end-to-end
• Collaborated with business units to drive organizational performance through thoughtful analysis and aligned execution
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and data integrity while approaching challenges with initiative and effective time management

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Deliver variance analysis and meaningful insights on actuals versus forecast/budget to inform business decisions
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards that track financial and operational performance across departments
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand objectives, manage budgets, and provide financial guidance
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and the quality of financial insights
