Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business/finance
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience - financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis, preferably with credit reporting/analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to complete tasks within specified timeframes, demonstrating reliability and efficiency
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Technical Experience with SQL, Snowflake & Python
- Experience in public companies
Responsibilities
- Support the financial planning and analysis process by analyzing and reporting credit program performance for Mint and Ultra brands
- Monitor credit-related KPIs, track performance against targets, and assist in providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement new credit analysis processes, and improve the quality of forecasts by understanding customer utilization patterns as they relate to accepting and utilizing credits across various brand programs
- Implement standardized credit reporting and analysis for both brands, providing key insights for forecast and communication to senior management and brand stakeholders
- Provide clear and concise explanations of credit variances to targets and assist in the development of actionable recommendations
- Monitor key drivers of credit results by brand and evaluate against relevant benchmarks to identify risks and opportunities to financial performance
