Financial Analyst

Summary

You will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operational tasks, reporting directly to the Finance department lead. Your responsibilities include financial reporting, accounts payable management, and collaboration with external advisors. The role requires 2-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and advanced Excel skills. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or administration
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/GSheets
• Understanding of accounting principles, billing, and cost management
• Experience in cash flow management, treasury, and financial operations
• Analytical mindset & great team player
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technology tools
• Proactive, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the conciliations of costs and accounts payable: review bank and credit card statements, collect invoices, control accounts, and update internal records (at least once a week)
• Help update, maintain, and fix the company’s internal financial reports (daily)
• Assist in the preparation of economic and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Support treasury tasks, banking operations, and relationships with financial institutions (ongoing)
• Handle payments and invoice processing (weekly)
• Work with external accountants on tax declarations, payment withholdings, and compliance documentation (at least twice a week)
• Monitor the Business Plan and report deviations (monthly)

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English proficiency
• Experience in ERP system implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments
