Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance
• 4-6 years of FP&A experience in progressive finance roles
• Deep experience in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to present financial information to a nonfinancial audience
• Extensive experience working in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions

Responsibilities

• Support the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics at the business unit level
• Monitor financial KPIs, track performance against targets, and assist in providing insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement process efficiencies, improve data integrity, and improve the quality of forecasts
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and insights for communication to senior management and brand stakeholders
• Provide clear and concise explanations of financial performance, key variances, and assist in the development of actionable recommendations
• Monitor key drivers of financial performance by brand/business unit and evaluate against relevant benchmarks to identify business risks and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Experience with SQL, Snowflake & Python
• Experience in public / rapid growth companies
