Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Previous Investment Banking internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts related to GTM activities
- Gather data, perform variance analysis, and identify trends to provide actionable insights that improve financial performance
- Work closely with teams across the organization, such as sales and marketing to gather and analyze data
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by collaborating with these teams to understand their financial needs and challenges
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate the performance of GTM initiatives
- Create and update models that forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, and use these models to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify the reasons for any discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions to improve outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Summarize financial data, create visualizations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed
- Research market trends, analyze competitor performance, or support special initiatives that require financial expertise
