Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Previous Investment Banking internship or experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts related to GTM activities
• Gather data, perform variance analysis, and identify trends to provide actionable insights that improve financial performance
• Work closely with teams across the organization, such as sales and marketing to gather and analyze data
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by collaborating with these teams to understand their financial needs and challenges
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate the performance of GTM initiatives
• Create and update models that forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, and use these models to inform strategic decisions
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts
• Identify the reasons for any discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions to improve outcomes
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Summarize financial data, create visualizations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed
• Research market trends, analyze competitor performance, or support special initiatives that require financial expertise
