Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 3‐5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze the business unit’s results, including forecasting and budgets
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Prepare high‐quality presentations and reports for senior executives and board members, summarizing findings and strategic recommendations
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact business strategy
