Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex finance projects from start to finish, taking ownership and driving results
• You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and are passionate about optimizing finance processes as we scale
• A results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to use data for impactful decision-making
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills to handle large datasets efficiently
• Professional fluency in English, fluency in Slovak or Czech is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Lead key finance projects that ensure strict compliance with local accounting, taxation, and legal regulations, maintaining accuracy in financial reporting
• Own monthly reporting, including cash flow oversight, ensuring all financial data is precise and timely
• Drive financial planning and analysis to guide strategic decision-making and support company growth
• Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and lead quarterly forecasting processes
• Continuously seek out cost-saving opportunities and ways to improve operational efficiency
• Work cross-functionally to gather, process, and analyze financial data to inform decisions
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders like accounting advisors, tax consultants, legal counsel, and investors
