Junior Financial Controller

Summary

Join our 24-month International Graduate Program at BEUMER and gain comprehensive training with international deployment opportunities. As part of this position, you will independently take on tasks for various topics in the area of accounting and controlling within the BEUMER Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2024 graduates and 2021-2023 graduates with around 3 years working experience is also acceptable
• You have successfully completed your studies in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting, and/or finance
• You have gained valuable practical experience through working or internships in the areas of controlling or accounting
• You are familiar with IFRS and local GAAP and have a strong understanding of numbers with business orientation
• You have initial international experience, for example through a semester abroad or an internship, and are willing to go abroad for several months
• You are characterized by an analytical and problem-solving approach to work, enjoy teamwork, and are communicative
• You have a high affinity for IT and enjoy working with ERP systems
• You bring a high interest in the business fields and processes of an industrial company
• Good English skills (CET 6, IELTS 6.0 or above)

Responsibilities

• Independently take on tasks for various topics in the area of accounting and controlling within the BEUMER Group
• Go through short assignments in important interface areas such as our operations departments
• Conduct analyses on financial statements with high personal responsibility and motivation
• Ensure smooth monthly and quarterly reporting processes and annual forecasting through good teamwork
• Support the introduction of ERP systems as well as new accounting and controlling concepts and serve as a competent contact person
