Requirements

  • Have a higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have an understanding of business and financial processes
  • Possess analytical expertise, with the ability to analyze accounting data and financial statements with precision
  • Be fluent with MS Office tools, in particular, mastery of Excel
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Have exceptional analytical and presentation skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be fluent in Polish and English

Responsibilities

  • Plan and control costs effectively to optimize company resources
  • Calculate expense allocation keys for accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare monthly financial result reports, including plan realization and deviation analyses
  • Devise plans and long-term forecasts
  • Provide essential financial data for decision-making processes
  • Prepare management-oriented analyses and reports to guide strategic initiatives
  • Supply data for banks, auditors, and other institutions as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be familiar with Power Query
  • Have experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense
