Requirements
- Have a higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking
- Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Have an understanding of business and financial processes
- Possess analytical expertise, with the ability to analyze accounting data and financial statements with precision
- Be fluent with MS Office tools, in particular, mastery of Excel
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Have exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be fluent in Polish and English
Responsibilities
- Plan and control costs effectively to optimize company resources
- Calculate expense allocation keys for accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial result reports, including plan realization and deviation analyses
- Devise plans and long-term forecasts
- Provide essential financial data for decision-making processes
- Prepare management-oriented analyses and reports to guide strategic initiatives
- Supply data for banks, auditors, and other institutions as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Be familiar with Power Query
- Have experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense
