Join Facet as a Financial Planner and play a key role in providing comprehensive financial planning to members. You will ensure continuity when Senior Planners are unavailable, evaluating member situations and offering timely, accurate advice. This role aligns with Facet's planning philosophy, requiring you to apply your knowledge to deliver a consistent member experience. You'll build rapport with members, guide them towards actionable recommendations, and utilize in-house tools. The position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and comfort with technology, all within a remote work environment. Requirements
- CFPยฎ designation
- 1+ years of member-facing financial planning experience
- Effective follow-up and typing/written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools
Responsibilities
- Review incoming member messages to determine urgency and best course of action when Senior Planners are unavailable
- Synthesize members' needs and partner with team members to coordinate solutions
- Meet with members to address questions and deliver recommended next steps during their planner's absence
- Become an expert on in-house tools to assist planners with building plans
- Guide Foundations members through plan implementation, answering questions and inspiring action
- Manage a small group of members, guiding them through the planning process and motivating action
- Manage your calendar, time, and other tasks efficiently

- Comfortable consistently evaluating the financial plans for new members with the support of in-house tools
- Fully embrace technology and are able to thrive and build relationships in a remote environment
