Requirements
- CFPยฎ designation
- 3+ years of member facing financial planning experience
- Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
- Flexibility with hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools
- Exceptional time and calendar management skills โ this is one of the biggest keys to success as a Facet planner
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with members remotely by providing a consistent, high-quality member experience with each interaction
- Deliver our high value service to members via 4-5 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their goals by acting as a financial life coach
- Drive members to take action on recommendations- โ A successful planner will be able to emphasize to our members the importance of our solutions, including investments, insurance, and estate planning being part of their plan as it aligns with their goals
- Efficiently and timely respond to member inquiries and requests
- Learn and quickly adopt and implement new skills, processes, and technology
- Partner with team members to manage operational items including assisting with reviewing member portfolios and recommending investment solutions based on member risk/goals, coordinating member withdrawal needs and tax strategies for assets
- Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency

- Love helping people reach their financial goals and are passionate about providing an exceptional, high-quality member experience
- Can expertly guide members to take action on unbiased recommendations that are in their best interest
- Are process-oriented, organized, highly adaptable, and can handle some uncertainty
- Are comfortable working with a large volume of members with the support of in-house tools
- Fully embrace technology and are able to thrive and build relationships in a remote environment
Benefits
- $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
