Summary

Join Facet as a Sr. Financial Planner and work as a financial life coach, guiding members to achieve their financial goals. Provide comprehensive financial advice and help members take actionable steps. Responsibilities include fostering strong member relationships, conducting virtual meetings, driving action on recommendations, responding to inquiries, and adopting new technologies. You will partner with team members on operational tasks and manage your time effectively. This role offers the opportunity to disrupt the financial services industry, provide unbiased advice, and work with cutting-edge technology. The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility to live anywhere in the US.

Requirements

  • CFPยฎ designation
  • 3+ years of member facing financial planning experience
  • Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
  • Flexibility with hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools
  • Exceptional time and calendar management skills โ€“ this is one of the biggest keys to success as a Facet planner

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with members remotely by providing a consistent, high-quality member experience with each interaction
  • Deliver our high value service to members via 4-5 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their goals by acting as a financial life coach
  • Drive members to take action on recommendations- โ€“ A successful planner will be able to emphasize to our members the importance of our solutions, including investments, insurance, and estate planning being part of their plan as it aligns with their goals
  • Efficiently and timely respond to member inquiries and requests
  • Learn and quickly adopt and implement new skills, processes, and technology
  • Partner with team members to manage operational items including assisting with reviewing member portfolios and recommending investment solutions based on member risk/goals, coordinating member withdrawal needs and tax strategies for assets
  • Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency

Benefits

  • $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
