Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Lead Analyst to support the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for revenue-generating and corporate overhead departments. This remote role involves developing financial models, making recommendations to departmental management, and collaborating with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 4-7 years’ experience in a corporate financial planning and analysis role
• Prior accounting experience or CPA designation
• Experience and skill in partnering with business leaders
• Skilled in preparing complex management reports on a timely basis
• Proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end and quarter-end variance analysis for onshore revenue-generating and corporate departments
• Support key financial insights and analytics for the business to make sound financial and strategic decisions
• Coordinate with FP&A teams in China and India in the preparation of global consolidated financial analysis materials
• Provide data and analytical driven recommendations
• Support the preparation of the five-year financial projections, Annual Operating Plan or budget and the financial rolling forecast process for the onshore revenue-generating and corporate overhead departments
• Act as the primary finance business partner for the onshore revenue-generating and corporate budget owners
• Develop strong working relationships with Accounting and Finance team-mates worldwide
• Collaborate with Offshore team members to complete Global reporting and analysis
• Work to ensure a collegial, productive and effective team environment
