Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business
• A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow rapidly
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work
• Ability to process and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and an ability to build credibility with external and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assistance in delivery of a well-structured budget and forecasting process based on clear and justifiable assumptions for the business area
• Assist with drafting presentations and communications for senior management
• Report standard reporting & analysis to senior management
• Business partnering with senior management
• Assistance in implementation & delivery of Key Performance Indicators, metrics, driven dashboards
• Manage FP&A financial forecasting models
• Create ad hoc presentations, analysis, or projects on behalf of senior management
• Supporting sales and sales initiatives reporting
• Providing insight that drives business growth initiatives in conjunction with senior management
