Requirements

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling and data analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management
• Support the development of financial models to forecast company performance and guide strategic decisions
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for analysis and reporting
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Provide analytical support for business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and other strategic initiatives
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and data management
• Support the automation of routine financial tasks and reports to enhance efficiency
