Requirements
- Client-focused - Always put the client first
- People Management - Must have at least 2 years experience in a previous management role or 2 years of Wealthsimple experience to be considered for this role
- Track Record - Record of consistently driving a team to hit KPIs

- Client Experience - Must have 5 years experience working with clients in the financial services industry
- Technology - Embraces technology and the role it plays in financial services
- Designations - CFP required

- Adaptability - Priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
- Strong communication - With the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead with context

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of financial planners focused on providing an unprecedented advice experience to our clients
- Coach and develop a team of financial planners
- Foster a positive and aligned work environment and collaborate with many other teams and leaders across functions
- Own your net deposits targets, activity metrics and performance, optimizing for sales funnel, productivity and client experience
- Leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization
- Develop and deliver the ultimate client journey
- Work directly with our Premium and Generation clients
