Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of financial planners focused on providing an unprecedented advice experience to our clients
• Coach and develop a team of financial planners
• Foster a positive and aligned work environment and collaborate with many other teams and leaders across functions
• Own your net deposits targets, activity metrics and performance, optimizing for sales funnel, productivity and client experience
• Leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization
• Develop and deliver the ultimate client journey
• Work directly with our Premium and Generation clients
