Requirements
- Proven track record, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a startup environment
- Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies
- Exceptional networking and business development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting
- Knowledgeable in project management and process design
- Proficiency in Polish and English
- Experience in building startups โfrom scratchโ
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation
- Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Direct the development of products, ensuring they meet diverse market needs and engage a wide user base
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation
- Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards across different sectors
- Utilize the latest market insights to propel company growth and success
- Leverage your expertise in technology and business development to enhance product and service offerings
- Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with low-code tools
- Experience in Product Discovery
- Knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools
