Requirements

• Proven track record, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies
• Exceptional networking and business development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting
• Knowledgeable in project management and process design
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Experience in building startups “from scratch”

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation
• Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Direct the development of products, ensuring they meet diverse market needs and engage a wide user base
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation
• Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards across different sectors
• Utilize the latest market insights to propel company growth and success
• Leverage your expertise in technology and business development to enhance product and service offerings
• Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
• Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with low-code tools
• Experience in Product Discovery
• Knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools
