Founder's Associate

Summary

Join Argent, a leading crypto company, as a Founder's Associate and work closely with founders and leadership to tackle critical challenges. You'll partner with founders, lead cross-functional projects, optimize operations, prepare strategic communications, and drive team development. Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in a high performing environment (Startups, consulting, Finance, or similar)
• Exceptional Problem solving skills with a proven ability to effectively tackle complex problems with innovative solutions and a results driven mindset
• Proven ability to work with and source your own data
• Comfortable with ambiguity and someone that thrives in chaotic, evolving situations
• Bachelor Degree in a STEM field from a reputable university

Responsibilities

• Partner with Founders: Act as an extension of our founders, especially our COO & CEO, working across the organisation to drive Argent’s success by enabling effective decision-making and prioritising high-impact opportunities
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Take ownership of projects across the organisation, managing them from concept through execution to successful completion
• Optimise Operations: Analyse and improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team productivity across all functions at Argent
• Prepare Strategic Communications: Create investor updates, board presentations, and materials for internal and external events to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Problem-Solve Proactively: Step in wherever needed to address urgent challenges, solve problems, and support critical business operations
• Drive Team Development: Foster continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement across the team to support long-term growth and success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Python
• A passion for cryptography and blockchain technologies
