Requirements
- Successful track record as CTO or similar role in healthcare technology startup
 - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (advanced degrees preferred)
 - 10+ years in engineering, ML, or software development, emphasizing AI/ML and NLP
 - 2+ years designing and deploying LLM-based solutions
 - Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and RegTech solutions
 - Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
 - Expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices
 - Experience with transformer architectures and LLM Ops
 - Strong background in data security, particularly for healthcare data
 - Experience with NLP in regulatory or compliance contexts
 - Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead technical teams
 - Strong integrity and ethical decision-making
 - Product and software development experience in SaaS and healthcare technology
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 - Customer-facing ability and experience in early-stage, venture-backed companies
 
Responsibilities
- Define and implement StealthCo's technical strategy, aligning with business objectives
 - Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP
 - Stay current with healthcare technology and AI/ML trends
 - Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative healthcare compliance products
 - Oversee product and technical architectural roadmap
 - Develop scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant systems integrating with healthcare IT and EHRs
 - Implement DevOps, Agile methodologies, and KPIs for efficient development
 - Optimize LLM-driven solutions for scalability and efficiency
 - Design reusable components emphasizing Responsible AI principles
 - Manage deployment pipelines and ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows
 - Develop technical documentation and refine SDLC processes
 - Analyze post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback
 - Mentor technical team to uphold software quality and delivery velocity
 - Negotiate strategic partnerships with technology vendors
 - Align technical execution with business goals
 - Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
 - Participate in fundraising activities
