Requirements

  • Successful track record as CTO or similar role in healthcare technology startup
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (advanced degrees preferred)
  • 10+ years in engineering, ML, or software development, emphasizing AI/ML and NLP
  • 2+ years designing and deploying LLM-based solutions
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and RegTech solutions
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices
  • Experience with transformer architectures and LLM Ops
  • Strong background in data security, particularly for healthcare data
  • Experience with NLP in regulatory or compliance contexts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead technical teams
  • Strong integrity and ethical decision-making
  • Product and software development experience in SaaS and healthcare technology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer-facing ability and experience in early-stage, venture-backed companies

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement StealthCo's technical strategy, aligning with business objectives
  • Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP
  • Stay current with healthcare technology and AI/ML trends
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative healthcare compliance products
  • Oversee product and technical architectural roadmap
  • Develop scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant systems integrating with healthcare IT and EHRs
  • Implement DevOps, Agile methodologies, and KPIs for efficient development
  • Optimize LLM-driven solutions for scalability and efficiency
  • Design reusable components emphasizing Responsible AI principles
  • Manage deployment pipelines and ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows
  • Develop technical documentation and refine SDLC processes
  • Analyze post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback
  • Mentor technical team to uphold software quality and delivery velocity
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships with technology vendors
  • Align technical execution with business goals
  • Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
  • Participate in fundraising activities
