Summary

Join us as a Founders Associate at Cosuno, where you'll collaborate with founders on strategic projects in Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, driving commercial efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• First-hand experience through internships or work in a fast-growing startup, investment banking, or management consulting, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to accompany projects from conception to implementation
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ambition to develop further in a dynamic and fast-growing organization, taking on long-term responsibility
• Fluent German and English language skills as a matter of course

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders to identify and realize commercial initiatives that drive company growth
• Lead projects in Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, focusing on efficiency and growth
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure all commercial activities align with the company's overall goals
• Analyze market developments and customer requirements, using insights to sustainably promote Cosuno's success
• Support the development of new Sales and Go-to-Market strategies, optimize existing processes, and drive expansion into new markets
