Founders Associate

Summary

Join Cosuno as a Founders Associate and contribute to strategic projects in Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You will work closely with founders and the CRO to enhance commercial efficiency. Lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and analyze market trends to drive sustainable growth. Develop new sales strategies, optimize processes, and support market expansion. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment with a focus on impacting the construction industry.

Requirements

• Have initial experience, at least through internships, in a fast-growing startup, investment banking, or management consulting, ideally with a focus on commercial projects
• Be analytically strong and demonstrate strategic thinking to accompany projects from conception to implementation
• Be highly communicative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Have the ambition to develop further in a dynamic and fast-growing organization and want to take on responsibility in the long term
• Have fluent German and English skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders and the CRO to identify and realize commercial initiatives that drive company growth
• Lead projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, with a clear focus on efficiency and growth
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with overall company goals
• Analyze market developments and customer requirements and use these insights to sustainably promote the success of Cosuno
• Support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and promote expansion into new markets
