Summary

Join Unqork's finance team as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Finance, you will own the Finance, HR, and Legal budgets, conduct variance analysis, and manage internal FP&A processes. Responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, creating board presentations, maintaining the internal FP&A tool, and performing reconciliations. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and excel skills
  • Strong powerpoint presentation building skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Self-motivated, naturally curious, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Own the Finance, HR and Legal budgets, provide actuals vs budget analysis to business partners and forecast future expenses
  • Manage internal FP&A processes while finding and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Update monthly financial reporting package & supporting materials (databook) provided to our management team
  • Assist in creating our quarterly Board of Directors presentations
  • Own our internal FP&A tool (Cube) and update for accounting and organizational changes
  • Financial statement reconciliations & working capital model
  • Headcount reporting
  • Ad hoc projects & reports
