As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for clear, timely reporting to help leaders understand team performance and guide decision-making. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring consistency and clarity across the business. This full-time, remote-first role (based in Australia) involves collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and motivated by making a positive impact. Requirements
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a fast-moving or scaling business
- Strong business partnering skills, you know how to speak with people, not just at them
- Confident wrangling tools like Excel, Looker, and ERP/Budgeting platforms (or excited to learn!)
- A knack for spotting trends, asking the right questions, and making numbers tell a story
Responsibilities
- Helped build our FY26 budget, working closely with commercial teams for revenue inputs and heads of departments for opex requirements
- Worked closely with the Strategy team to make sure our FY26 budget connects to our big, audacious long-term goals
- Pulled together monthly P&L reports for our Head Of Functions, then sat down with them to dig into the details — what’s tracking well, what’s off-track, and where we can shift gears
- Delivered a tidy and insightful quarterly forecast to the Planning and Exec teams, complete with commentary that made it actually useful (no data dumps here)
- Supported the delivery of weekly trading updates surfacing trends in revenue, orders and marketing spend, and ensuring consistency across our Looker dashboards
- Prepared and circulated the monthly sales performance update to the company, delivering it with some witty one-liners amongst the important financial information
