Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Experience building 3-statement financial models and conducting variance analyses
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leaders
- Experience developing financial reporting materials for executive management, boards, or external investors
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for long-term planning and scenario analysis
- Partner with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and KPIs
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial planning systems
- Prepare executive dashboards, board-level materials, and investor updates
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support data driven decision making and strategic initiatives
- Partner with accounting to ensure financials are aligned with budget
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics
- Proficiency in financial planning tools
- Familiarity with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is a bonus
