FP&A Manager

Summary
Join ClickHouse as their FP&A Manager and lead the company-wide annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process. Develop and maintain financial models, partner with department heads to track spend and optimize resource allocation, and prepare and present monthly/quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the board. Analyze key SaaS metrics to inform business decisions, support fundraising and investor reporting, and monitor and refine KPIs. This role requires 5β8 years of experience in FP&A, private equity, or strategic finance, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company, along with strong understanding of SaaS business models and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Requirements
- 5β8 years of experience in FP&A, private equity, or strategic finance, with preference for experience at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and consumption metrics
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive is a plus
- Proven ability to distill complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company-wide annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support, etc.) to track spend, optimize resource allocation, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the board
- Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, NDR, etc) to inform business decisions
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence efforts
- Monitor and refine KPIs, helping the business stay on track with targets
