Summary

Join Vacasa as a Franchise Conversion Change Manager and support employees and vendors during franchise transitions. You will train new team members and assist with home onboarding, owner communication, or reservation and guest management. This role requires working on multiple projects, exposure to all business aspects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The position is 100% remote, with travel up to 50% of the year, and requires strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships. You will need exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Vacasa's operations, systems, and teams. Successful candidates will be able to adapt and execute in a changing environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and act with integrity and discretion
  • Exception organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of Vacasa's current operations, systems, and functional teams
  • Ability to adapt and execute in a changing and often ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Project Managers to execute the tasks necessary to successfully onboard new employees moving to franchised operations through market sales
  • Work closely with Operations and Sales leadership and other internal partners
  • Ensure coordination with Field Operations for training and onsite support as needed
  • Serve as onsite support for employees during franchise conversion
  • Track the status of assigned project tasks throughout the lifecycle of a franchise conversion
  • Ensure operational readiness of integrated markets through tech procurement, systems access and supply ordering
  • Travel up to 50% of the year
  • Other duties, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within a project-based environment is preferred
