Responsibilities

  • Lead our franchise expansion efforts by identifying potential franchisees, nurturing leads, and guiding them through the franchise discovery and onboarding process
  • Develop and execute creative and effective strategies to generate leads and inquiries from prospective franchisees
  • Provide exceptional support to franchisee candidates by answering questions, conducting presentations, and sharing insights about our brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and resources that showcase our franchise opportunity
  • Build strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the decision-making process and serving as their main point of contact
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
  • Ensure that new franchisees receive comprehensive training and onboarding to set them up for success
