Summary

Join Voxie, a leading conversational texting and automation platform, as a Sales Director to build and lead a high-performing sales team. You will own and close deals with franchise brands, navigating the franchise ecosystem and constantly innovating the sales playbook. This player-coach role requires closing complex deals while mentoring and building a team. You will collaborate with marketing, report on sales performance, and represent Voxie at industry conferences. Success involves closing significant deals, building trusted relationships, and developing a repeatable process for growth. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, a deep understanding of franchise dynamics, and a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or agency environments — with a strong preference for those with direct experience selling into franchise organizations
  • Deep understanding of franchisor/franchisee dynamics, including co-op marketing, field teams, development timelines, compliance, and location-level engagement
  • Experience selling to multi-unit operators, franchise development, or marketing/ops leaders within franchise brands
  • Proven player-coach: You can close complex deals while mentoring and building a high-performing team
  • Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach — you map problems to technology and deliver ROI-driven pitches
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency — thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong sales pipeline management discipline

Responsibilities

  • Own and close deals with franchise brands, including franchisors, multi-unit operators, and franchisee groups — from first meeting to signed contract, leading internal alignment to address complex contract negotiations
  • Navigate the franchise ecosystem — understanding who makes decisions, how marketing flows from franchisor to franchisee, and how to align with both
  • Constantly innovate the sales playbook — refining outreach, discovery, qualification, and closing processes tailored to the complexities of multi-location franchise businesses
  • Key leadership role with the opportunity to leave your fingerprint on a winning SaaS go-to-market strategy and execution — coach, mentor, and help scale a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify target verticals and personas across the franchise landscape
  • Effectively communicate Voxie’s value proposition, tailored for audiences at the franchisee, franchisor, and executive level
  • Report on sales pipeline, forecast performance, and continuously improve win rates and velocity
  • Represent Voxie at industry and franchise-specific conferences to build relationships and drive brand awareness

Preferred Qualifications

Experience representing your company at conferences or franchise trade shows is a strong plus
