This remote position in Serbia offers flexibility and a success-fee based compensation structure. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for clinical research roles, engaging with potential candidates, collaborating with the Talent Manager, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate databases. The ideal candidate possesses strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Russian. This role provides a chance to work independently and contribute to a dynamic team.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trials is a must
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a fluent English and Russian
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus
