Content Operations Lead

Summary

Join Alts Digital, a fast-growing remote-first company, as their Content Operations Lead. You will own the content strategy, planning, and performance across their iGaming websites, primarily in Chile and Argentina. This role involves leading content production, managing SEO-informed content calendars, utilizing AI tools for content creation, ensuring content clarity and engagement, monitoring performance, analyzing competitors, and supporting digital PR efforts. You will work closely with Product, Data, and Outreach teams. The ideal candidate possesses deep cultural insight into Chile and Argentina, strong UX and SEO skills, experience with AI and automation, and the ability to produce high-quality content. Requirements

• Bring deep cultural insight into Chile and, ideally, also Argentina, understanding how bettors think, search, and decide
• Have strong UX and SEO instincts — and know how to blend them for impact
• Use AI and automation as a force multiplier, helping you create and manage better content, faster
• Can produce well-researched, original, optimized content within clear quality standards
• Work well independently with clear goals and deadlines
• Obsess (just enough) over details and quality
• Are always learning and looking for smarter ways to work

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to content strategy and production: define priorities, produce high-impact pieces, and create formats that align with business goals, brand strategy, and user needs
• Plan, manage, and optimize SEO-informed content calendars, ensuring delivery in sync with Product, Data, and Outreach teams
• Use AI tools effectively to research, create, and scale high-quality content without compromising user experience
• Apply UX/UI principles to ensure clarity, usefulness, and engagement across all content types
• Monitor performance and usability, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive actionable change
• Analyze competitors to stay ahead in our key markets
• Support digital PR and outreach efforts, bringing local insights and SEO expertise into strategic planning
• Stay updated on market trends in Argentina and Chile to ensure relevance and competitiveness
