Summary

Join Bosch eBike Systems as an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist and be the go-to expert for bike dealers and end consumers. You will provide exceptional technical and service-minded hotline support, engage with end consumers to address technical inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, make warranty decisions, document calls, and build strong customer relationships. This full-time, remote position offers a long-term contract, no weekend work, and exclusive employee discounts. Full training on Bosch eBike systems is provided. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, passionate about eBikes, a people person, adventurous, fluent in English and French, based in Barcelona with a valid NIE number, and available to start in May 2025.

Requirements

  • A hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn; no previous experience required!
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for all things related to eBikes and technology
  • A people person who enjoys helping others and can effectively communicate with clients remotely
  • Adventurous spirit who can balance a love for the outdoors with the responsibilities of an office job
  • Fluency in English and French is essential
  • Based in Barcelona and possess a valid NIE number
  • Available to work full-time
  • Starting date for this vacancy is May 2025

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional technical and service-minded hotline support to bike dealers, ensuring they feel confident and supported
  • Engaging with end consumers to address technical inquiries, general product support, and spare parts needs, all while sharing your enthusiasm for eBikes
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical or software-related issues with a positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
  • Making informed warranty decisions in line with company guidelines
  • Documenting calls and cases in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, ensuring a seamless support experience
  • Building and nurturing excellent customer relationships, making every interaction memorable
