Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management role

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralised finance (DeFi), and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including an existing network of industry contacts
• Genuine interest in the future of finance and the role of web3 in transforming traditional financial systems

Responsibilities

• Ensure all French operations align with SwissBorg's goals
• Drive user acquisition through market analysis, local strategy adaptation, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Manage and promote B2B offers and services such as Alpha deals, listings, earn vaults, corporate accounts
• Facilitate individual onboarding to Pegasus
• Serve as the main contact for the local community and regulatory bodies, including the AMF
• Monitor and report on user growth and revenue metrics
• Represent SwissBorg at events and in regulatory discussions
• Manage local operations, staff, and ensure the quality of outsourced services
