Summary

Join Zepz as an Analyst, Enterprise and Operational Risk and contribute to a global team focused on streamlining risk frameworks. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise and Operational Risk, you will manage risk oversight, produce risk reports for executive teams and the board, develop risk training, maintain documentation for the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance internal controls. This role requires experience in enterprise and operational risk management, familiarity with risk management tools (ideally Protecht), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Requirements

  • Relevant experience in enterprise and / or operational risk management roles
  • Conversant with enterprise risk management processes, language and tools/systems, ideally Protecht
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a scaling organisation and regulated environments
  • Ability to assimilate, analyse and clearly communicate information whilst having a strong attention to detail and proficient in GSuite (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, etc)
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with others, must be self-motivated
  • Proven ability to act with integrity, be a trusted advisor and promote a strong and healthy risk culture

Responsibilities

  • Manage our risk oversight activities and data management in Protecht, our enterprise risk management system (GRC tool)
  • Produce risk reporting to the Executive Team, Committees and the Board, with a particular emphasis in Belgium. Work with key 1st Line business stakeholders to gather accurate and complete data in a timely manner, such as KRI’s
  • Develop and lead risk training and communications with stakeholders across business functions and regions
  • Maintain documentation for the Enterprise Risk Management Framework including risk policies and procedures
  • Work with 1st line to enhance and mature the internal control environment including the wording of key and non-key controls, identifying control attributes, control design and effectiveness assessments and control gap analysis
  • Keep abreast of the latest operational risk management techniques, industry best practices and emerging external risks
