Frontend Developer, Remote - Spain

Summary

The job is for a Frontend Developer at Leadtech, a digital business company based in Spain with over 600 employees worldwide. The role involves developing modern high-converting designs and programming the frontend layer of sites in Next.js and React. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in NextJS React framework, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Git, and be familiar with CSS methodologies like OOCSS, BEM or SMACSS. They should also have at least 5 years of front-end development experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in NextJS React framework and TypeScript for building robust frontend solutions
• Performance optimization experience
• At least 5 years of work experience in front-end development
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Git
• Passionate about clean code, design patterns, and best practices
• Must be able to code from scratch in JavaScript such as ES6
• Be familiar with CSS methodologies: OOCSS, BEM o SMACSS
• Solid understanding of SASS
• Comfortable with package managers such as (Yarn, NPM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop modern high-converting designs that utilize all the best marketing techniques
• Program the frontend layer of our sites in Next.js and React taking into account standards, compatibility between browsers and mobile devices
• Design and develop the frontend layer of our own tools
• Test across multiple browsers and devices to ensure maximum compatibility
• Work with a heterogeneous team consisting of Product, Marketing, Design, QA and Operations
• Perform regular code reviews with the team
• Write reusable code and libraries
