Remote Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Codility as a Frontend Engineer and contribute to shaping a product made for engineers by engineers to evaluate engineers. As a member of the Interview product team, you will work alongside talented engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions that make hiring smarter and smoother.

Requirements

• Have demonstrable experience as a React working for a Product-led / SaaS organisation
• Have experience working with user behaviour data and user analytics
• Be proficient in designing & developing great user interfaces and experiences behind them
• Have a good understanding of public cloud services and modes of operation (preferably AWS)
• Have a strong understanding of modern software development best practices like Trunk Based Development, Continuous Delivery, TDD, etc

Responsibilities

• Ensure accessibility assurance meets the WCAG standard
• Contribute to UX discussions and implementation
• Work closely with Product and Design colleagues to design and develop product
• Design and implement frontend architecture using necessary libraries and tools
• Investigate and fix defects in the frontend part of the system
• Work on improving code quality
• Help others maintain a high quality of developed software
