Summary

Join SonicWall, a pre-IPO cybersecurity company, as a Frontend Engineer and contribute to modernizing network access. You will collaborate with designers and product managers to build new features for web applications using modern JavaScript (TypeScript, ES6+) and React. You will develop and maintain high-performance user interfaces, ensuring intuitive and responsive features. Success in this role requires experience in creating enterprise applications and familiarity with React frameworks.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in creating enterprise applications and related technologies (HTML, JS, CSS)
  • Experience with the React frameworks
  • Experience with modern web technologies and tools such as ES6, promises, Typescript, SaaS
  • The ability to adapt and pivot to new technologies and customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Maintain Web Applications: Build and maintain highly performant, modern browser-based UIs using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Work closely with Stakeholders: Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to drive features from concept to deployment
  • Performance & Usability: Ensure every feature you create is intuitive, highly responsive, and optimized for user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization libraries like Highcharts and AgGrid
  • Knowledge of security fundamentals (certificates, OAuth)
