Remote Frontend Lead

Summary

As a Front-end Team Lead, you will work on KYC projects, leading front-end projects, maintaining active involvement in hands-on coding, developing and enhancing a responsive platform, working with stakeholders to define technical requirements, managing technical debts, and unifying the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with React or Vue is highly transferable to our internal framework
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end projects, ensuring high velocity, quality, and business impact
• Maintain active involvement in hands-on coding and architectural decisions
• Develop and enhance a responsive, scalable, and secure platform
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
• Manage and resolve technical debts, improve system designs, and address legacy system challenges
• Unite and motivate the team, ensuring alignment and cohesion

• Experience in a leadership role, particularly in managing mid-level and junior developers
• Proven track record in delivering greenfield projects and achieving key project milestones
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical work
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance
