Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready applications for Hightouch's Customer Studio product
• Build a strong understanding of core users and personas
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ship features quickly
• Prioritize and make good decisions with ambiguous requirements
• Shape best practices within the engineering organization
• Mentor other frontend engineers
• Make important technical decisions
• Establish the standard for the user experience
• Work on the Audience Builder, improving and extending it to accommodate complex marketing campaigns
• Work on the Journey Builder, making the process intuitive and easy-to-use while maintaining the full power of Hightouch’s Customer Studio and rETL platforms
• Work on Analytics, insights, and data visualization, creating easy-to-use charts and dashboards
• Work on Hightouch UI, evolving the frontend design system to be more reusable and developer-friendly

Benefits

• Salary range of $170,000 - $240,000 USD per year
