Requirements

  • Experience of 3+ years in Team\Tech Lead role
  • Solid experience with React and TypeScript

Responsibilities

  • Address complex architectural decisions and technical debt
  • Provide guidance on the selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks
  • Document coding standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and evaluate their applicability to the team’s work
  • Lead code review processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to unblock the team and ensure quality standards are met
  • Actively participate in the development of frontend features and functionalities (Balancing hands-on technical tasks with leadership responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new user interface components
  • Identify bottlenecks or external dependencies (from partner downtimes to analyzing their website layout)
  • Navigate communication and collaboration issues within the team and with other departments
  • Determine and manage priorities, deadlines for different work streams
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, efficiency, and quality, and advocate for changes that improve overall team productivity
  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
