FULFILLMENT DIRECTOR

Summary

Join Wishpond Technologies as a Fulfillment Director on a temporary basis starting approximately October 1st, 2024. This is a fully remote position that will oversee the Fulfillment departments of Wishpond including Design, Ads, SEO and Copywriting. The successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing team members with diverse backgrounds
• Proven experience with implementing policies, procedures, processes is required
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish goals and reach them
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments (internal and external) on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis
• Strong overall business and interpersonal skills, including planning, presentation skills, and business acumen
• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be a problem solver and results-driven
• Must be tech-savvy
• Organized, administratively strong
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is an asset
• Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role
• Intermediate to advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel Skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance management, career development, training,  and recruitment of the Fulfillment Team
• Manage the relationships with clients, ensure client requirements are delivered, negotiate business outcomes, address escalations and deliver innovative growth, and retention strategies
• Address, with the team members of the Fulfillment team, the needs of the client and formulate a plan to support and deliver it
• Understand individual client requirements
• Ensure the development and continual refinement of the team
• Meet high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and credibility
