FinQuery is seeking a Full Stack Engineer III with at least 4 years of experience to join their team. Requirements
- Full Stack Experience: 4+ years working on front-end (React preferred) and back-end (C# preferred) code
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or similar professional experience
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment
- Experience increasing the quality and reliability of systems through good technical practices
- Experience ensuring non functional requirements are met and maintained
- A track record of accepting and providing feedback, and working to improve
- A desire to learn and grow outside of work through books, podcasts, meetups, conferences, etc
- Experience building microservices
- Experience building applications against relational databases (Postgres preferred)
- Experience in automated testing
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver high-impact features for our rapidly growing fintech SaaS product
- Design and implement back-end functionality using C# / .NET Core APIs and Postgres databases
- Lead the development of front-end features using modern React and Next.js frameworks
- Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services using AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure
- Continuously optimize code quality and performance through unit testing, integration testing, and automated deployments
- Actively participate in code reviews, sprint planning, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team using pair/swarm programming
- Champion best practices in CI/CD pipelines and automation to facilitate rapid delivery and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering managers, UX designers, QA automation engineers, and other software developers to ensure a seamless development process
- Push the boundaries of our technology stack and architecture
