SportsRecruits is a privately held NYC-based company that simplifies the college recruiting process for youth sports organizations. The Full-Cycle Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies, build a pipeline of qualified opportunities, and contribute to hitting monthly and quarterly quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required
• 2-5 years of sales or business development experience
• Expert familiarity with the sales process
• Expert familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
• Solid analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
• Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process
• Collegiate athletics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Owning the entire sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, close
• Developing strategic business partnerships with club directors
