Requirements

• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years in AI/ML
• Product mindset, with a passion for innovation, disruption, and driving positive change
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with the ability to jump into whatever areas need attention and learn as you go

Responsibilities

• Own the development of new AI features end-to-end, from prototype to implementation in our core product
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize new AI applications, helping set our roadmap

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $134,000 - $193,000 USD (US residents), $70,000 - $139,000 USD (LATAM residents)
